One of the most prominent child stars in Hollywood is famed actor Kirk Cameron who started acting professionally before he even reached 10 years old. It did not take long before his degree of acting shone, landing him a prime spot on ABC’s sitcom Growing Pains. This allowed the actor more opportunities in films such as Like Father Like Son, and Listen to Me. It was also during this time when a divine intervention stirred Kirk Cameron’s faith. From being a non-believer, he converted to Christianity which cultivated a contention between the actor and his co-stars.

This renewed faith led to a change in the roles he took. He later focused on Christian-themed projects like Fireproof, the Left Behind franchise, and The Miracle of Cards. Kirk Cameron is currently a full-time author and spends most of his time as a religious activist.
